The location was marvellous, for example, Second House Museum was relatively close to the hotel. Further, it was really close to the many shops, eateries and shops and the beach and restaurant.

I loved the spotless rooms with a king size bed. A microwave and a refrigerator were very handy. It was in a central location, right in the center of town.

Modern and vintage rooms available with appliances and microwave and fully stocked kitchenette. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Beds were squeaky.

Wonderful experience there. Quaint hotel in a pretty cool area right by the shops on main street and beach and the downtown bars, restaurants and shopping. Amazing building and rooms with a balcony in the back. A lot of supplies in the room: central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-refrigerator. Great pool, parking on site.

The staff were all affable, amicable. Excellent central location very close to the restaurant, the local beaches, and Montauk in the fall.

The rooms are beautiful little and new-fashioned, and are complete with great for long stays and fridge, for example.

Vintage and tidy rooms, a clean bathroom. Marvellous location close to downtown in a beautiful area. Nearby Shagwong Tavern - great place to chill out.

The location of the motel was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and downtown area. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen facilities were a bonus, allowing us to cook some of our own meals. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this motel.

The hotel is fantastic with updated rooms. Staff is accommodating and pleasant and you can park your car onsite. Every time in Montauk, I choose this place...

The bathrooms are very small.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were excellent and fairly friendly, location was magnificent on the ocean. The room was recently renovated and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in maintaining their facilities.

The rooms had a bit of a dated feel with dark wood paneling, which made them a bit dark and lacking in natural light. While the hotel is in a great location for beach access, it would have been nice if there were more dining and entertainment options within walking distance.

The location was excellant and amazing, just off restaurants also as well as the restaurant around 8am. Furthermore, near Ocean.

The location of this motel is perfect for a beach getaway. It is so close to the beach that you can walk up the block and be in the sand in no time. Additionally, it is conveniently located in the center of town, so you have easy access to everything you will need. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a small fridge and microwave, and the bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with bath towels, shampoo, and soap. The motel also provides bicycles and beach chairs for guests to use during their stay.

There were some issues with the room service and cleanliness.
